Who runs this site

Cannabis Cape Coral is an independent guide operated as a Sunny Days Digital property. It is not affiliated with any dispensary, cannabis brand, medical practice, or government agency.

The only contact channel is the email address at the bottom of this page, which forwards to a monitored inbox.

What we collect directly

Nothing. This site has no contact forms, no newsletter signup, no comments, no accounts and no payment processing. There is no field anywhere on this site for you to type personal information into.

If you choose to email us, we receive whatever you put in that email — your address, your name if you sign it, and your message. We keep it only as long as needed to reply and we do not add you to any list.

What happens automatically

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of your request — IP address, browser type, the page you asked for, the time — in order to deliver the page and to protect the site from attack and abuse. That processing is Cloudflare's, governed by their privacy policy, and we do not receive an identifiable copy of it.

The pages load fonts from Google Fonts. That request goes to Google's servers and, like any web request, carries your IP address and browser details to Google. We do not control that and receive nothing from it. If you block third-party font loading, this site still works — you will just see your system's default typefaces.

Storage on your device

This site sets no cookies of its own.

One thing is stored locally: when you confirm you are 21 or older, that acknowledgement is saved in your browser's session storage so the age prompt does not reappear on every page. It contains no personal data, it is not sent anywhere, and it is erased when you close the tab.

Affiliate links

Some outbound product links are affiliate links, currently through the Amazon Associates programme. When you follow one, Amazon may set cookies and record the referral in order to attribute any purchase. At that point you are on Amazon's site under Amazon's privacy policy, not ours.

We never receive your name, address, payment details or order contents — only aggregate, anonymous reporting on how many referrals converted.

• We do not sell, rent or share data with anyone.
• We do not run advertising networks or retargeting pixels.
• We do not use social media tracking widgets. The share buttons are plain links.

Children

This site covers medical cannabis and is intended for adults 21 and over. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your rights

Because we hold no database of visitors, there is generally nothing for us to look up, export or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it.

If you are covered by the GDPR, UK GDPR, or a US state privacy law such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights or the CCPA, you may still make a request using the contact address below and we will respond.

Changes

If what we do changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
